How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 10–20 business days. We work with international suppliers to bring you the best sleep products at great prices, which means shipping takes a little longer than local retailers. We always send a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Are your products good quality?

Do the sleep headphones work for side sleepers?
Yes! The DriftWell Sleep Headband uses ultra-thin flat speakers that are comfortable even when lying on your side. Many of our customers specifically chose it for this reason.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us at support@driftwellsleep.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
