Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@driftwellsleep.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–010 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@driftwellsleep.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Sleep masks
- Earplugs or in-ear products
- Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
