Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide from our supplier network. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom, Europe, Australia: 12–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Please note these are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Order page.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@driftwellsleep.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
